Consultation & Collaboration

Consulting with and in collaboration with your stakeholders we will create or update your strategic planning processes and activities to include: identify metrics, data and documents including: goals; academic, student services, other organization performance targets; institutional key performance indicators (KPI’s); FY baseline operating budget data by department; other important accountability and performance documents including programmatic and regional agency and commission accreditation standards, environmental scans, or other documents of relevance and importance.

We will consult and collaborate with your stakeholders to create or update your strategic plan. 

SWOT and Environmental Scanning

Identifying an organization's strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in conjunction with and environmental scan is an integral component of our approach to comprehensive, integrated strategic planning. We can prepare a complete SWOT analysis and eScan, or assist your organization in doing so. 

Board Retreat and Strategic Planning Workshop

We would recommend the institution’s Board of Trustees hold a bi-annual retreat jointly with the institution’s leadership to discuss and formulate or modify its strategic plan. Working with your Board and leadership we can provide advisory support and help facilitate the retreat, making certain all necessary ingredients for a successful workshop are prepared, in place, and ready for discussion.
