Privacy Statement
Apogee Workflow LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of information entrusted to us. As part of this fundamental obligation we are committed to the appropriate protection and use of client information (sometimes referred to as "client identifiable information and data" or "CIID") that has been collected through access and use of this web site, or any of our cloud based commercial applications.
Automatic collection of CIID
In some instances, we automatically collect certain types of information when you visit our web sites and through emails that we may exchange. Automated technologies may include the use of web server logs to collect IP addresses, "cookies", and web beacons. The collection of this information will allow us to better understand and improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of our web site, business applications, and to measure the effectiveness of our business activities. By submitting information such as contact information on our web site, or through our business applications, you are also agreeing to the use of this information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Personal information or CIID data is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your permission, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards. For example, if you send us an email message requesting information about us or products, we will use your email address and other information you supply to respond to your request.
Disclosure of CIID
We will not disclose Client Data to anyone except (1) as you direct, (2) with permission from an end user, (3) as described here or in your agreement(s), or (4) as required by law. We will not disclose Client Data to law enforcement unless required by law. Should law enforcement contact us with a demand for Client Data, we will attempt to redirect the law enforcement agency to request that data directly from you. If compelled to disclose Client Data to law enforcement, then we will promptly notify you and provide you with a copy of the demand unless legally prohibited from doing so. Upon receipt of any other third-party request for Client Data (such as requests from client's end users), we will promptly notify you unless prohibited by law. If we are not required by law to disclose the Client Data, we will reject the request. If the request is valid and are or could be compelled to disclose the requested information, we will attempt to redirect the third party to request the Client Data from you.
Except as the client directs, we will not provide any third party: (1) direct, indirect, blanket or unfettered access to Client Data; (2) the platform encryption keys used to secure Client Data or the ability to break such encryption; or (3) any kind of access to Client Data if we are aware that such data is used for purposes other than those stated in the request. We will not disclose Administrator Data, Payment Data or Support Data outside of except (1) as you direct, (2) with permission from an end user, (3) as described here or in your agreement(s), or (4) as required by law.
Client Data
Client Data will be used only to provide our clients with cloud-based access and application services for purposes compatible with providing those services. For example, we may use Client Data to provide personalized experience, improve service reliability, combat spam or other malware, or improve features and functionality of our business applications. We will not use Client Data or derive information from it for any advertising or similar commercial purposes. "Client Data" means all data, including all text, sound, video, or image files, and software, which are provided to us by, or on your behalf.
Administrative Data
Administrator Data is information provided to us during sign-up, purchase, or administration of our business applications. Administrator Data includes the name, address, phone number, and email address you provide, as well as aggregated usage information related to your account and administrative data, such as the controls you select, associated with your account. We use Administrator Data to complete transactions, and service the account.
We may use Administrator Data to contact you to provide information about your account, subscriptions, billing, and updates to our business applications, including information about new features, security, or other technical issues. Subject to your contact preferences, we may also contact you regarding information and offers about other products and services we offer. You may manage your contact preferences or update your information in your account profile.
Support Data
Support Data is the information we collect when you contact or engage us for support. It includes information you submit to a support request. It may also include information about hardware, software, and other details gathered related to the support incident. In addition to using Support Data to resolve your support incident, we use Support Data to operate, improve, and personalize the business products and services we offer.
Payment Data
Clients will be asked to provide and update information which may include the payment instrument, organizational tax ID, and other financial data ("Payment Data").
Access
If you have submitted client or personal information to us, under most circumstances you have the right to reasonable access to that data to correct any inaccuracies. You can also make a request to update or remove information about you by contacting us and we will make all reasonable and practical efforts to comply with your request, so long as it is consistent with applicable law and professional standards.
Data Security and Integrity
We are committed to helping protect the security of your information. We have implemented and will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information against accidental loss, destruction, or alteration; unauthorized disclosure or access; or unlawful destruction. We have implemented reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorized loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Despite our best efforts, however, security cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats. To the best of our ability, access to your personal information is limited to those who have a need to know. Those individuals who have access to the data are required to maintain confidentiality of such information. IP addresses
An IP address is a number assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. It allows computers and servers to recognize and communicate with one another. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to conduct web site trends and performance analysis.

Preview Releases
We may offer preview, beta or other pre-release features and services ("Previews") for optional evaluation. Previews may employ less or different privacy and security measures than those typically present in the existing version of Apogee Workflow. We may contact you to obtain your feedback about the Preview or your interest in continuing to use it after general release.
Use of Sub-Contractors
We may hire subcontractors to provide IT or applications development services on our behalf. Any such subcontractors will be permitted to obtain data from our active business applications only to deliver the services we have retained them to provide and will be prohibited from using data for any other purpose.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect our current privacy practices. When we amend this statement, we will revise the “updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to be informed about how we are protecting your information.
